Félix Solís Avantis, whose origins date back to 1952, is the holding company responsible for the logistics, common services and marketing of the brands of the wineries included in Félix Solís, S.A. in Castilla-La Mancha (DO's Valdepeñas and La Mancha) and Pagos del Rey, S.L. in the northern Spanish appellations of Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Rioja and Toro. It is one of the three most important wine companies in Spain and one of the most important in the world. Exclusively owned by the brothers Félix, Pedro, Juan Antonio and Manuel Solís Yáñez, it produces wines with designation of origin (Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Toro, Valdepeñas and La Mancha), Vinos de la Tierra, Vino de la Tierra Viñedos de España, table wines, sparkling wines, summer reds, musts and sangrias and markets them in nearly 80 countries, thanks to an important network of sales representatives and permanent offices in different parts of the world.

In addition to having its own winery in Shanghai (China) since 1998, being the only Spanish company established in the Asian Giant, it has logistics and commercial facilities in Japan, the United States, the Czech Republic, France, the United Kingdom and Germany, among other countries. The combination of a totally artisanal tradition in winemaking with the use of the latest technologies to ensure the highest quality of the final product and efficiency in all processes is part of the philosophy of this company, which has legendary brands such as Los Molinos, Viña Albali or Altos de Tamarón, which occupy three positions in the national sales ranking, occupying first, third and tenth place. To cite a few more examples, Pagos del Rey is one of the three most important wineries in the Ribera del Duero DO, Blume is already the second best-selling brand in the Rueda DO and Bajoz is the best-known brand and undisputed leader in Toro.
